This hotel is very run down. Screens on windows are bent and broken. Hide-a-bed did not work as advertised. When asked for the bed, they told me they could not accomadate. Our room was OK, a bit noisy, the access key to the building/room didn't always work, the continental breakfast was basic, and there was no wireless internet connection as their website indicated.

Friendly service, better than average free breakfast, very nice pool area, were able to keep bike in room and nobody blinked an eye. Would stay there again unless I wanted something romantic or more luxury.

THE STAFF PROMISED MUCH, DELIVERED NOTHING ABOUT BELONGINGS THAT WERE LEFT IN THE ROOM.
DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND, YOU MAY NOT GET IT BACK.

WOW! All my great memories of Moab start with waking up at the Moab Valley Inn! In the heat of the day, the pool is the greatest! Nice workout room. I love this hotel and will continue to be a faithfull stayer as long as there is vacancy!! A bit of a walk to the main drag, but if you've come to hike, a walk will never kill you! Two thumbs up!

The most accomodating!! The people here are very eager to help. The spa was amazing as well as the pool.Our Dog Susie loved it also.

This is the place to stay when in Moab. The friendliest staff provides a down home feel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and decorated well.
