Great Experience!The people who wrote negative reviews must not have stayed at the same hotel that we did. We stayed on the 19th floor. The view was awesome, the room was beautiful and always clean, there was no noise except for the falls, and the beds were so comfortable. We wish we could buy one of the mattresses for home! Service is badI don't like the service, I just stayed on last week on July 9 for one night, and after we left i found out i forgot my camara's charger & battery left on the bathroom was for charging. Very DisappointingThe best thing about the hotel was the car valet service - it was down hill from then on.
The one miserable receptionist in
Canada and we found her!
Room with view of falls still managed to have a gloomy feel and we were woken at 6am by music from the Hard Rock

DisappointedI researched this trip thoroughly online as it has been a childhood dream to see the falls. I was expecting a 5 star luxury hotel. The Sheraton On The Falls is in the middle of the entertainment sector and is noisy even through the double glazing. HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!This was our worst hotel experience ever and will never return! We were taking a vacation with my parents for their 50th birthdays and had nothing but problems.

We can't wait to go back!The cleaning staff was excellent. When we returned from sightseeing, our room felt like we had just arrived for the first time again. Unbelievable. Great View! Great location!The room was a good size and clean. The bed slept like a dream. The view was GREAT! I watched the fireworks right from the hotel window in my room and took some great pictures. If you can, spend the extra money and get a room with the Fall view. There is a pool on the roof of the hotel, but it was closed when I visited in Oct.

AWESOME LOCATION!The hotel is located at an excellent location. It's along Clifton Hill, right in front of the falls, and interconected to different shops and interesting things to visit.
