My husbans and I had an room on 21 floor and every thing was so beautiful!!I room was very clean and you can view both of The Fall rigth from your windon.The staff was very precise.This hotel is also with the casino and an restaurant that you can see the view of Both American side of the Fall and the Canada side of the Fall.I had the best time of my life in Niagara Fall and at the Sheraton on the Falla Hotel!!

I spent a couple of days here at a conference through work. The rooms are very nice and clean but the food we were served during our conference was way below par. The sandwiches, buns, bagels and croissants were so stale that it turned you off eating there. The coffee they served was terrible and you could hardly drink it. Once again nice clean rooms but I wouldn't recommend eating the food they serve for meals during conferences

The "jacuzzi" in a fallsview room was a single-person tub with jets, and the "balcony" was a 10-inch wide ledge with a railing. The view of the gardens below was beautiful, but the surrounding area looks tired & run down & is filled with two-bit, cheap, dirty, & ugly-looking arcades with exorberant ticket prices. ...

I would like to say the hotel met all my expectations. My room was very clean. I always inspect my room when i arrive at a hotel. The outdoor pool is a wow! I love the view of the falls from the pool sitting area. I had my morning coffee there and again was in awe of the beauty of the falls. I must also add the location of the hotel had to be the best. Walking distance of pretty much everything. Had a memorable time.

go to the sheraton on the falls! its so close to everything all around, and a VERY good view of the falls! the rooms are nice with fire places, but the bathrooms are a BIT too small . but thats fine =)
