Expensive for what youi get. Smalest room I have ever seen in a hotel/motel. You can barely get around the small bed. Loud a/c. However, you need the loud a/c to block out the sound comming from the bar next door...very loud band. Small towels and almost thread bare.
The only thing the hotel has going for it is its location, great staff and the restaurant next door. They did serve very good food.

Location: right in the middle of the action. We stayed on a Friday night and had requested an interior room to avoid street noise. We didn't hear any noise and slept well. The room was clean and comfortable with a good-sized bathroom. The hallways and stairways are clean and give an old-time feel. The breakfast included was excellent. We'd stay here again. It's a good value .

Great location, classic style. Rooms are a bit small and need some renovation but the price is hard to beat.
