Our Family had a great time!Our family recently went on a week-long vacation here and absolutely loved it! The cabin was great, and it was located in a wonderful area, with lots to do close by! I am looking forward to another visitI would just like to say what a wonderful time my family and I had. We rented the two room cabin and had plenty of room for all of us. It was nice and clean and very spacious. What I really liked was the fact there were many outside games for all to play. The best part is the staff supplies all the sporting equipment needed. What a difference!!My wife and I stayed here a couple of years ago. We swore we would never come back, but we noticed it was under new management. So we tried it again. The place looked totally different. The grounds are remarkable. It looked like a totally new place. The lady that works in the office is super nice and very accommodating. Run as fast as you can!The staff that run this place are nice and the grounds are nice but that is where the positive stops. The cabin was dirty and full of spiders and ants. We killed large spiders daily in the cabin and my son was bit by one causing a lot of facial swelling. Excellant!When we went we stayed in the three bedroom cabin and my family and i absolutely loved it! The people their were so friendly and the cabins were so clean! I would definietely recommend this place to anyone! You get so much for the price that you are paying! Gave them a second chanceWe first stayed at this resort in July of 2007. The previous management was horrible. Not friendly, just to get towels took an act of congress. I researched other resorts in the area and found that Moonridge was the best value. We"re Back!After checking out and arriving back at home, we realized that we still had our cabin key. Instead of mailing the key, we decided to return for the next weekend and return the key in person. We had another wonderful trip- golfing, hiking with our dogs and taking in the beautiful 80 degree weather. That did not compare to the first class treatment by Glenna and her staff. We look forward to returning as soon as possible!
