I stayed at this hotel with my friends on a weekend ski trip and it was an amazing stay! The hotel clerk and staff were extremely friendly and kindly offered to help us plan our activities. They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and where to get the best rates on ski rental packages, as well as the best places to shop and how to get the deepest discounts!

I don't understand where these good reviews came from?? This place was so dirty!
We found a bug in our bed, mold all over the ceiling. The little fridge that is on the floor leaked so you had to step 5 feet from it so your feet didn't get soaked. The pool was gross, the room smelled.
Spend the extra $50 for a nice place to sleep, I wish we did!!!

I travel a lot. I have been to a lot of Hotels/Inns around the country and this is by far one of the best.

Facilities: Pool, Games for kids, A huge backyard if you just want to relax or read or just enjoy the sun, and TONS OF MOVIES to rent!

I definitely recommend this place to everyone! The price is reasonable and the people are great!

Very good facility which is constantly improved. Been there severl times and love it. Newly renovated rooms and pool enhanced our experience further. Staff is friendly and breakfast is modest. Can't find better value in the Mount Washington Valley

I love the service, staff, price and breakfast every morning. All the people were very friendly and extera ordinary. We had such a great time when we stayed in Noverber 15 & 16, of 2006. We had also went to SANTA Village, which is very close from the hotel.
I can't wait to go back again!! Best place to stay over and over agin. I will visit every year...

I stayed at this place and guess what, a guy was having trouble understanding what I was asking. And when I requested to upgrade the room, he refused me rudely.It was a nightmare. We wont be staying at that place anymore.
