Staff was young but very courteous, and I found them warm and surprisingly nice.

Its clean, but you don't get that super clean feeling. I think the hotel needs a bit of a dress up.

You can't beat the location. Excellent. Train Station only about a 10 minute walk, right on the Damrak with good access to all the bars, events, coffee ...

You can't beat the location, just a block or so from Amsterdam Central Station and the Red Light District. The staff was very helpful -- they were nice enough to get my room ready a few hours before normal check-in. Very friendly -- even the waitstaff was pleasant (the lobby doubles as a restaurant).

Welcoming staff, pleasent and helpful....fab location for all amenities including the train station....room was basic but served its purpose (did not intend on staying in there too much!!!)and was cleaned with fresh towels etc daily.
