Have been going there for many years and will continue. The rooms could use a little more updating, bathroom needs alot of work. Price might be getting on the high side but overall it is a good place to stay.

Failed to provide rooms reserved - tried to fit us in with rooms not comparable. Refrigerator in Room 400 was 68 deg. and we lost about $200 in food. Management refused to reimburse any amount. Management uncooperative in any way - actually told us to leave after they charged our credit card for the week. Room 401 had been on fire around ...

South Wind has the very best location. It is located next to the pier and the best restaurants. I have been going to South wind for 12 yrs and have always had great service. Will be returning in July and Oct. Thanks so very much!!!!!

I won't be bringing my family back to South Wind Motor Inn because: After coming there for over 35 years with my family. They won't let anyone bring pets. You know that when the kids grow up a lot of us get a pet. Well as far as I am concerned a good pet is almost the same as your child and not near as messy. I'm sorry you won"t change your mind.
