Mountain Top is in a great loaction for a weekend away, but it was not what we expected. The front desk staff was so so. Our room was simple. The decor was old and outdated. The views in the fall are great though and the towns near by have some cute shopping. I have not visited the other hotels in the area, but next time I will shop around.

at first it was difficult to find but one we found it was easy to back track. The rooms were cozy and had a breath taking view. It very close to Callaway Gardens. Excellent for christmas getaways!

This place was horrible! I got married at Mountain Top in March 2007. The wedding planner/manager/owner/photographer, Jo, was horrible at everything. We booked and paid for our wedding 6 months in advance with what we thought were finalized details. Jo called me ONE WEEK before my wedding to tell me I could not have the flowers or cake I agreed ...

It was very quiet, romantic getaway. We stayed in a Lodge Room with a Hot tub. It was just what we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The theme rooms was nothing like the pictures portray on the internet. They were small especially the bathrooms. Bugs were everywhere, bugs were in the shower, a roach even came out of the faucet of the jacuzzi when I turned it on. My brother and his wifes room's comforter was dirty and stained also there room was bug infested. I will never stay there again.

I love Mountain Top Inn and Resort. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to visit to get away from the city. And a very romantic place to visit with your loved one.
