I stayed 9-8-07 while at the Clermont Kennel Club dog show. I was quoted a price of $59.00 + tax but when I recieved my bill I found a charge of 91.38. When I called the motel I was told there was a $25.00 "pet charge" which I had NOT been informed of when I made the reservation.

Good location. Great service and CLEAN! The price is right too for such a nice property. Pretty good supplies for a breakfast to get you going in the morning too. We will stay here again when we are in the area.
