Noisy, in my room too.... we stayed here one night and should have chose the BW next to this place. The room was 4th floor by the elevator and had a loud droning noise all night when the hallway AC turned on... ALL NIGHT.

This was an awesome hotel. The staff is very friendly, outgoing, & helpful. The rooms are extremely clean and has comfy beds & very fluffy towels (I LOVED THE TOWELS). We recently stayed at Grants Pass after driving back up from CA for a wedding. After blowing a flat tire the night of our reservation, we had to go back to Redding and make accomodations there. The night manager was kind enough to cancel our reservations at no charge and set us up for a night in Redding at another Holiday Inn. When we finally ...

We made our reservations several weeks in advance, arrived at 4:00 and got the only non-smoking room left, right by the front desk, elevator and staircase. It felt like someone was pounding on our heads. We've stayed here several times and this was the WORST ever. Walls are paper thin.
