The place was nice enough albeit a little "tired". It needs some updating in carpet, paint etc. I paid for a month (Feb 2008) in advance including a $200 refundable deposit which has not been returned. We left the place in perfect condition. No response from Vicki by email or phone as to the refund. I would never rent from her again

We really liked everything about this place. Owners are amazing. I agree with the other review here. Everything was nice and honestly this condo has more than any other I have ever stayed at. Heck, they even have a latte machine. Now what is island life without java? Yes, we will be back here for sure.
