  • We loved it, we can't wait to go back

    The penhouse was great, very clean and big for our family of 12. The cleaning people were very polite and friendly, and the front desk Ms. Rose was very profesional and friendly , she made us feel like home. I will recomend The Chart House to everyone.

    We would not recommend this hotel to anyone our stay there was absolutely horrible. There is no desk clerk on duty after 8:00 pm. We arrived late therefore we had to get our key out of a lockbox. The room was disgustingly dirty. A roach greeted us in the bathroom. The sheets looked like they had not been changed. But I have to say, we had a ...
