Billing Problems!

It has been a month since my stay at this hotel and I am still trying to clean up a billing issue. I have called the hotel 10 times, explained myself until I am blue in the face, only to be told that they would look into it and call me back...NO ONE has ever called me back. It is unbelievable to me that the hotel could have these many problems straightening out a simple billing issue! Avoid this hotel, its not worth the trouble.
