This is clearly the best Indian restaurant in the area. Excellent food, friendly service (could be a little faster), but just a great experience. The lunch buffet is a bargain, and great if you want to try a bunch of things at a low price.
Probably my favorite restaurant. The nom grom or whatever its called rocks. It really makes Citar look bad!

I have dined at Sahib many times since it's opening. The first few visits were rewarded with exceptionally delicious food, but really slow service. Authentic, delicious food but slow service

When you get tired of the generic, boring chain restaurants, go to Sahib. The food is very delicious. Unfortunately the service is slow, despite the fact that the restaurant is rarely busy.
