Terrible Place if you're looking for class!!The rooms were messy and the front desk clerk was unfriendly. My wife and I went down in the morning for a cup of coffee and maybe a pastry, but no coffee was made and the snack machine is VERY limited as far as food. This place is a dump.The customer service of this place is absolutely horrid. The condition of the building is completely failing. I don't know how or where they've renovated, because I wasn't able to tell. Absolutley recommend this hotelWhen we checked in we were greeted by a super friendly staff...the rooms were clean and nicely decorated....the location was perfect...not far from malls or downtown. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and would recomend it to ALL! TRUE ALASKAN HOSPITALITY! thank you!!!OVERALL

Awesome Place to Stay!!!!The hotel has a great location in Anchorage. Its not located downtown next to all the nighttime action and noise. Its on a main street, Tudor Road, and the service is super. There is coffee, internet, vending machines, and the front desk is always hospitable. Other hotels cant beat this smaller, nicer place.
