This place is dirty, stinky, uncomfortable. When you get housekeeping service, which was rare, you catch the housekeepers in your purse stealing your wallet. Only to be followed by no help at the front desk and no response from the manager for four days.
Don't leave any valuables in your room. Don't expect fresh towels. You are better off sleeping on the streets.

The room was very dirty with stained, old, smelly carpet. There was a kitchenette, but no it only added to the odor. I think the old food in the garbage disposal was stinking. The windows would not open and the door to the dirty balcony was very difficult to open. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms were messy and the front desk clerk was unfriendly. My wife and I went down in the morning for a cup of coffee and maybe a pastry, but no coffee was made and the snack machine is VERY limited as far as food. When we checked in we were greeted by a super friendly staff...the rooms were clean and nicely decorated....the location was perfect...not far from malls or downtown. I will definitely stay at this hotel again and would recomend it to ALL! TRUE ALASKAN HOSPITALITY! thank you!!!
