This was the worst place I've ever stayed at..The hotel room smelled bad, the bedding provided was ripped and had holes in it. When I went to house keeping and asked for a replacement, it took them a while to find a blanket without holes in it, the one they gave me had one hole in it, which was the best they had to offer. This will be the only place we stay in Redding!!I have stayed at the Oxford Suites by myself and with my children and this is the only place to stay while in Redding! Outstanding service and amenities. The location is perfect with so many area sites and resturants nearby (many resturants within walking distance!). Elevator made a bit of a racket butTypical suites rooms, definitely not Embassy Suites. Breakfast was not served like Embassy and bf hours ended at 9AM, like they are trying to get you to vacate--no sleeping in if you want to eat! Expected pre-printed directions for local attractions, not a desk clerk pulling out a map and marking a route in highlighter...otherwise room was ...You have found this review helpful.5 of 6 Yahoo!
