Recently stayed at the luxor for a conference and had a theft in the room. The Luxor security and risk management ultimateLY turn the blame on me the guest and ensure you know about the Nevada law.
They do NOTHING for re imbursement and DO NOT have any safes in the rooms. I stayed alone in the tower rooms so ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Got sick from the buffet and Luxor does nothing!Well, on the short list of the likes, the pool, that is it. My complaint list though can go on forever. Not only did I get food poisoning from the More Buffet in the hotel, but I requested emergency help and they sent a 100 yr old security officer an hour later with the first words out of his mouth, if you go to the ER there is a good chance the ...4 of 5 Yahoo! would not stay again for freearrived at 6pm was told room {reserved 3 months in advance} not ready, finaly got room at about 9pm. bed was wore out, springs coming thru into back, they gave us a cover for it deliveed and left in a trash bag in hall next to bathroom. maids used our room for storage of cleaning products and bags of towels and wash cloths. we stayed 6 nights then ...3 of 4 Yahoo! AMAZING will go back anytimeI went to Las Vegas with my dad for my 14 birthday. When we got to the hotel it was big and we checked in fine. No waiting in line or nothing. The dude at the front desk was nice and he informed us that Criss Angel was going to arrive at a bar which was nice because he is my idol. This place is disgustingThe outside is beautiful, the inside is old, run down, 1960's style rooms. The bedspreads are paper thin and the carpet is OMG nasty. You also have to scan your key on the elevator to get to the floor of your choice, then each perosn on the elevator tells you which floor they are going to and the scanner will push your floor. Almost anything is better than the LuxorUnbelievably bad. Arrived at the hotel at 10:30pm (Wednesday) $5.00 valet tip doesn’t buy help getting your bags from the car. Check in took 30 minutes, followed by the hike to the west tower. Room is spacious, but beds were circa 1950 right out of the motel 6. Old bedspreads, gross. Will never return to the Luxor.My husband and I drove to Las Vegas on October 23rd to meet with friends that had flown in from New Jersey. I had ordered room reservations on-line at the Luxor where our friends were also staying. Don't understand why all the negativityWe were upgraded to the east tower. The room was spacious,clean & very quiet, altho not much of a view. Chek in was no problem & we could leave our luggage with the bellman as we had several hrs to wait for our return flite home. As in all the casinos- the smell of cig smoke overpowering. Bad Management (or maybe NO management)Found out through the grapevine that my casino host was gone. Still haven't heard a word from Luxor about a new host, or the fact that my old one was fired! Can't wait and see if my comps that were set up will still be in place. Apparently, management doesn't care about the customers anymore.
