My first time to Vegas and booked the trip to get married. We were constantly harassed by the time share idiots, once even when my wife was in her wedding dress on our way to the chapel! When we first arrived in our room the floors were stained, the carpet down the hallways looked horrible. We ate that night and put our food in the fridge and woke ...

I'm not sure what happened to the Luxor. I planned a Valentine's Day trip, booked 3 weeks in advance. We arrived to find out that they did not have any King beds, only rooms with 2 Queen beds. We got into it with the staff regarding the reservation, the manager then went on about how the King bed was a "Request" not a reservation ...
Things looks so nice and they realy arent. Arrived to a deluxe room with stain on floor and curtains. The room needs new carpet. We called to complain they put us in a different room. This room was ok still in need of remodel on our last night we were in this room our sink in bathroom started spitting up black stuff from it making alot of noise. ...
There was not a whole lot about this casino that I liked. the hotel rooms were so cheap and outdated. For our last night we upgraded our room to a spa tub room and it was tiny, I have stayed in regular hotel rooms that were nicer then my suite. They also overcharged my credit card by 540.00$.
I liked the view, across from airport, at the end of strip, had a ways to walk, but that was okay.Room was not clean, carpet was filthy, remote and AC did not work, sheets did not fit the bed and furniture was worn and dirty. Needed more lighting. I don't understand why a 5.00 charge everyday, service charge for what? I have never stayed in a ...
I chose this hotel for my honeymoon stay because of my wife's fascination with all things Egyptian. I wholly regret this decision.
My first night was to be in a tower room with the rest of the stay confined to a bedroom-suite. First off, they put us in a tower room with two beds. They were not only small and uncomfortable for my wife and I, ...
stayed in 10/08, and way overdue for remodeling the room, atrium useless, loooong walks to elevators. Last stay in mid 90's was much better, understandably, however, next stay will be at Red Rock
I will never go back to this place. We booked the room by calling the reservations and when we went there we didnt get the room that we reserved in tower. They charged us 32 dollars each day for the upgrade. Customer service person "Heather" at the front desk was rude. Rooms in Tower are just ordinary and nothing fancy for the amount of money we paid.
In general, the hotel itself is ok for the price. If we had received better customer service, I would have given it a much higher rating. First of all, we requested a non-smoking room with a king size bed, but got a smoking room with 2 queen beds. Our TV remote wasn't working right and we only had 5 channels, so I asked the front desk for ...
very poor service. overcharged for phone service we never used. room was filthy with dried urine on the toilet seat. we were forced to pay extra on top of our reservation to get a room at the towers(whereas we payed $80/night with 2 months ahead reservation). parking lot is always full and vallet takes 45 mins. rooms are old and don't have wifi .elevators need service and lack permits. worse than a motel 6.
