For a hotel that's well-regarded on other travel websites, I found their staff to not care about prospective guests.
It took three emails before I received a terse reply about a reservation inquiry. Nothing was the matter with my email server so it was just the hotel staff choosing not to reply until they felt like it.

The staff at the hotel is quite friendly and accomodating. The hotel is located in a great little neighborhood near the Eiffel Tower. I would highly recommend it and plan to return. It is a great value.

Great location, but disappointed with the service

We just stayed at the Relais Bosquet at the beginning of May. We loved the location- walking distance to Eiffel Tower, Napolean's Tomb, Metro, & RER Train station. The room was larger then I expected and very clean. The bathroom was also a good size with double sink and large towels. The hotel is 1 block away from Rue Cler- a wonderful ...

Relais Bosquet's best kept secret is the fact that have two apartments for rent which are both AMAZING values for Paris. Located within one block from the hotel you will stay in a roomy, well equipped studio or one bedroom apartment in the beautiful Eiffel Tower area where you are surrounded by terrific restaurants, cafes and shops. This hotel is in a decent part of Paris, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The room was small, so not a great place to hang out...but you're in PARIS - who needs to hang out in the room?
