The location is perfect...right in the heart of Galway. The hotel is clean and the staff was accomodating. Great value for what you are getting (and the location). And the bar is great. I enjoyed my stay, and will visit again.

The smoking policy in this hotel was unclear to the staff. Our room was full of smoke from the room next door which was also supposed to be non-smoking. We asked for the smoke detectors to be looked at as they did not appear to be working. The television did not work. The location is perfect for old town Galway. It's also close to the walk way to the bay. You can walk to a dozen restaurants and pubs within one block.

Accomodations aren't perfect, but not bad either.

The hotel was beautifully situated steps away from town. However, the rooms were not the most cleanliness and the tub was even worse. I would definitely recommend a stay elsewhere.
