This is a very clean, comfortable hotel. The staff are excellent. The location for me was perfect as I was working in the Umeda Star building next door. The room was great, spacious and immaculate. the location of the hotel was excelent .within walking distance to station. the complementary shuttle bus to the station was great. I thought the staff excellent. unfortunately I left my new shoes there, I have sent an e-mail so I hpoe I get them back as they were a gift,
