This hotel is great. We used to stay at the Marriott, but we like this hotel a lot better. They offer a lot of amenities other hotels charge for...such as breakfast, internet access, local calls, etc. And the beds are fantastic!! They have tempur-pedics and swedish mattresses, so you can choose exactly what you like. Staff are very friendly and helpful - it's more like going to visit a relative (that you like) than staying at a hotel.

Rooms, Service and People are great and also the location is very good near food, shopping, UCR, Downtown and much more.....

The manager of Dynasty Suites treated my company's situation terribly. He has no clue about the concept of customer service, nor did he make an effort to retain our potential in sending more of our employees to the hotel. Even at three in the morning, if i have a question or a problem, there is always someone at the front desk to help. I would really recommend this place to people who live on the road.

Nice rooms and excellent staff. Good Value overall. I stayed there once before in 2000. The hotel and the surrounding area have made a 200% improvement since then. Shopping, dining, and movies right across the street!
Love the new shower and 27" flat screen tv's with dvd player and free high speed....and much more you give.
