The Westin Resort and Spa Cancun is beautiful, all the staff are very polite and helpful, they're there to please you! The sand, the sun, the beach & the sky are amazing. We'll definetely be back soon, I recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to enjoy some days of happines. Be good to yourself, go and enjoy it!

It's at the end of the hotel strip which is a pro and a con. The surf was heavier here and the bus ride to town was longer but it was also more remote and beautiful.

The food at the hotel was so-so and I think that is because there are so many options in town.

the food was ok for the buffet. I would just eat out other places though if i had the choice. The bar had smalllll drinks...The only think that came in a large mug was the dos xx. so i just had alot of those. Did the trick for me.

I thought it was a wonderful hotel. The food and service was excellent. The beach was gorgeous. The room was incredibly nice. The staff was always friendly and ready to serve any needs, and they kept the room always clean and even made fun animals out of the towels! It was a great experience, and I would consider going back.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly and family oriented. We hope and pray that the Sun Palace will re-open in time for our next Cancun Vacation! The food was excellent! I've been to Cancun twice and both times stayed at the Sun Palace. I was a WONDERFUL time. The rooms were clean and the serivce and food were great. I recommed the Sun Palace to all my friends and brag on the great times I've had there and most of all am looking forward to more good times!
