Wonderful condominium rentals. Beautiful newly built pools. Very well kept, service wonderful, security is first-class.

1102 is a 2-bedroom on the 11th floor with the most gorgeous views, spacious decks and lovely decor.

Although 908 doesn't have the spacious balconies, it was also had lovely decor, very clean and homey.

Of all the places that I have stayed on South Padre Island, Sunchase IV was, by far, the best experience.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sunchase IV with another couple. It was very nice and clean but the security guards were extremely rude. You are not allowed to have a boat or jet ski on the property. No one informed us of this when we made our reservation. There was plenty of parking since it was the off season but the security guards ...

They charge you for a beachfront place but the building is really a block from the beach with other buildings in front of it. Saida Towers is a much better value.

I like the clean enviornment and the friendly staff. The rooms are nice and the beach is close. There is alot of shops around and places to eat. THe beach is clean and the sand is soft. The pool is big. There is a fitness center, racqet ball, basketball and tennis courts.

The location is not great (not beach front), the reservations desk is completely unprofessional and uncorporative. I would not recommend this place.
