Stayed there recently, November 28-December 1, 2005. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were very clean and well supplied. Furnishings on the older side, but for the nightly rate it was an exceptional value. Very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Looking forward to a return visit.

The condo is not on the gulf, but on a harbor. The service at the desk was fine, the room was clean and orderly. The beach access is down the road about a 5 minute walk. It is about 7 miles from town, which I did not realize. I would prefer to be closer to town. I will probably not return to Santa Maria just because I would prefer to be closer to the gulf and/or town. Santa Maria has sister condo/hotels with those benefits.

An extremely marvelous mini vacation! Staff was helpful & courteous. The room was spacious & clean. The pool area was large(too cold for a swim) but the hot tub was a pleasure. The boat docking facilities were convenient & accomadating. Nice quiet location. We will return for a week this summer!
