Room was clean, new sheets, looked like fresh paint,People were fantastic,good breakfast, all around a very plesant experience.. I have paid more for a lot less at other places. We will stay here next time we are in town..

The room was DIRTY. The bathroom had not been cleaned since (?). We were assigned another room, but, it was DIRTY, TOO. The toilet had not been cleaned & there was dust & dirt EVERYWHERE.

The afternoon mgr came in & cleaned while we stood by. He told us he would adjust our bill for the trouble. That hasn't happened yet. We're getting the runaround.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Only stayed one night and it took 4 phone calls to get a couple extra pillows. Staff was ok, not great. Room was clean and well maintained. Restaurant next door was good.

the staff was kind and curtious. They did everything they could to accomodate my needs. Any problems are taken care of promptly. customer service is a plus. Rooms are very nice and clean. Price is the best in WF for the value of the room. Very Nice A+
