The place was disgusting. Dirty carpets, thick mold in the bathroom. Ceiling falling down. Killed a large spider crawling across the floor. Wouldn't go there again if it was free!!!

I've stayed at all three of the hotels in the Torrington area and would rate them in order (1) Quality Inn (2) Yankee Peddler (3) Super 8. Quality Inn has been renovated recently and it was decent. Wow this hotel has came along way. All the renovations are completed and wow it looks great. I never thought it would come out so nice and confertable. I would try this hotel once again all the renovations have been comoleted and it looks great

Just stayed here 7/05. Not so good. There are no good places in Torrington to stay, so keep going. This place was just taken over by The Quality Inn when we stayed here, but it needs more than a name change. Gross bedding and carpet, bathrooms need to be re-done.

I had to stay at this hotel while on business. I would not under any circumstances have stayed there on my own and since I was not paying the tab, I had no choice. Luckily there is a dollar store across the street where I was able to buy cleaning supplies in order to try and make my room liveable. However, the porn shop in the adjacent parking lot offered some entertainment for several of my group.
