Our room was infested with bed bugs. The hotel credited us the weekend after I called and requested a refund. They are refusing to reimburse us for the exterminator. BB's are extremely invasive if not addressed immediately you can have a serious problem. The clearly do not practice proper pest management nor do they care about the health ...

I stayed there and when I went to bed I pulled the sheets back and noticed a pubic hair in the bed. This happened twice and when I requested that the sheets be changed I was told that housekeeping left at 4:00 and was given clean sheets so I could change the bed myself. Absolutely disgusting. I will never stay there again.

NIcely refurbished. Comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and convenient location with respect to restaurants, freeways, movies, attractions etc. Very good staff and service and in general an extremely worthwhile place to stay in Flagstaff.

This hotel was so comfortable, and wonderfully priced. We stayed there for 2 nights to go play in the snow with our 4 small children. The continetial breakfast was excellent with fresh juices, homemade waffels, pastries, cereal,fruit, and oatmeal. The lobby is excellent, so warm and inviting, with many comfy couches and chairs, a blazing fireplace ...

The room was very comfortable and close to the restaurants. We spent 2 nights there on vacation. We came to drive to Sedona and spent the day there.

They had a continental breakfast and coffee and everything was so convenient.

We stayed here on the recommendation of the reviews on this web site and weren't disappointed. Nice quiet room with chesterfield. Very nice cheery breakfast room with great extended continental breakfast. Would highly recommend. Good value.

The lobby and the atmosphere during the winter makes it feel like home. The smell and taste of fresh cookies every evening was a very nice touch. The staff was able to answer every question, and provide me with a map of the town. Very helpfull and friendly. Thanks

This is a wonderful hotel that is located near the South Campus of NAU. There are several restruants within walking distance and the Staff is very helpful. We had a wonderful stay.
