I have stayed at many super 8's nationwide. This was probably the worst. Had to change rooms 3 times, once because someone was in the room already!! Didn't feel safe, but was told the police station is just around the corner. Finally got a room on the 3rd floor and wasn't too bad.
The staff lost my reservation, attempted to charge me more than the initial rate, attempted to ignore my military rate when I asked to use it, tried to give me a larger room than I wanted or needed so as to charge me more, and when I wanted a lower cost room they inferred I didn't have enough money to cover the cost of the stay. The worst hotel

When we first got there we had to wait to check in because the woman at the front desk was on a smoke break. There was a mouse that ran between the beds. The woman at the front desk asked what we wanted her to do about it. It is just a horrible place and isn't worth the money to stay here. Plus the elevator inspection is out of date by a year!

It is located next to several shopping centers. From outside, it looks ugly. Inside, it has been renovated recently and with taste. For a hotel of this category, it looks really good and clean.
