This is the best place to be if you want calmness and great service. On the weekend the shuttle brings you to the waterway and you can catch the ferry to manhattan in 15 minutes and it's a great view. the slide keys never works and we even went down stairs to get new ones still the same . the tv stop working called down waited over 1 hour still no one showed to fix it had to call down stairs a tell them forget and went to sleep the best thing that happend at the hotel when i left the next day to find one some where else

Access to ferry right outside hotel door. Very convenient. Service was excellent by hotel staff. We had a problem with the thermostat in the room and a maint. person took care of it within 10 minutes.
