To begin with, it was very hard to find - they need a big sign on the main street. We were charged $10 more at checkout than we were quoted over the phone. The room was relatively clean, if small, but when we started to shower at 7:30am there was NO hot water. Evidently those who got up earlier used all the hot water. Their hot water heater must be really small.

If you're looking for a safe, clean but reasonable place to stay for the night, then this is it. I've stayed here numerous times in the last few years and have never had any serious problems.
It's also within walking distance of several nice restaurants and a few stores.

The same problems as "A Very Bad Stay"---We were given one price when we checked in on business--then after a week the price went up $ 120 per week. This is not good business practice--we won't be back.

We always love it. Clean, Friendly and one of the best continental breakfasts we have ever had. Close to shopping, and the Interstate. Nice place. Give it a try, you won't regret it. OH Yeah, the Internet too!
Coffee, hair dryer, that's all we really need. They have it!

Good amenities, convenient location, friendly staff

Our company stayed there and had a very bad experence.We had several rooms and none were very good. None of the rooms were very clean. It appeared the housekeepers only swept around the furnishings, there was trash and cigarett butts in my non-smoking room.
The clerk at the front desk was very rude. She explained that since we were on corperate lodging, we were not entitled to her best rooms.
Breakfast was good though.

We have stayed here several times and have found it to be economical, clean, quiet, with a friendly and helpful staff, and in an excellent location. A great place to stay if you are out and about the Owensboro area, but not a good place to stay all day long as there is no pool, fitness room, hot tub,etc.
