It was ok, nothing special. Just because its close to six flags. wasnt the best.

the room was renovated, nice area, close to the theme park, and had shuttle. those were the good things. the bad things were the staff. i was in complete shock to see how rude and unhelpful they were. i asked for several things housekeeping forgot to replinish in the rooms, and front desk stated that they were going to drop some things off, but ...

When I initially booked the room, I informed them that I had a disabled senior traveling with me. The room they gave us was so far from the elevator that she had difficulties getting there. They were fully booked, and could not give us a room closer to the elevator.

Maid service was poor. They made up the beds but did not replenish anything in ...

i cant believe what happened to me this weekend,
best western staff told me that a pipe burst in the room in which i reserved, and thus left me without a place to stay. later i called the hotel and asked the front desk agent if this were true, and she said she never heard of such a thing happening. i realized that they had overbooked and and thus lied to me ... i will never book a room there again

I recently stayed at the best western about 2 days ago. The place was just renovated and it looks abosolutely beautifull. Excellent service, extremly comfortable, this place makes you want to sell your home and stay at inn at marine for the rest of your life! NO JOKE PEOPLE! I RECCOMEND THIS PLACE 100%!

It was a very cosy Best Western. The rooms were just renovated and looked immaculate. The location was pefect because it was located right across the street from Six Flags amusement park. The shuttle to Six Flags simplied things for us.

I will be staying here again. It is the perfect place for families.

We booked and paid for the hotel for 4 nights. Had we known they were remodeling we would have gone elsewhere. The halls were cluttered and dirty, trash bins parked in front of vending & ice machine throughout our stay. Beware of unforseen charges for "damaged" items in your credit card. Rooms facing street have too much traffic noise. Breakfast was meager.

Spent a few nights at the Best Western Marine World. The renovation is beautiful and staff is extremely friendly!

I have zero complaints and recommend to all.

Hands down one of the nicest Best Western's I've stayed at.
