I am surprised at the customer service that I received simply over the phone the young woman that answered the phone was very rude. I asked for management and she said that she was the manager on duty for the evening, so just imagine if the management has POOR customer service skills imagine how the workers outside of management have been trained!!!!

Despite the bad reviews we read prior to our trip, we were very pleased with our room and service. The room was clean (n/s), furniture was a little on the older side, but considering our price, we were pleased. I thought that the rooms were nice and clean, but my whole family thought that the front dest staff was very rude. Any time we asked a question they would hardly answer us or answer us a rude manor. I dont think of those girls smiled one time.

Made a reservation in October, 2000 for June, 2001. Even though reservation was confirmed, room was unavailable. Pet policy also changed after reservation was made. It is a bargain

Consider the price and the service, it is a very good bargain; You even get microwave oven and refrigerator. It is not 8.5 miles from Parris Island as some articles say though, unless you can fly over waters. However, 45 minutes drive wasn't too far.
