This restaurant was a first for us. I selected it from looking at the menu online. I must say the Heirloom beet salad was one of the BEST salads I've ever had. I ordered it with the prawns, which wasn't necessary. The dressing was perfect. It was there but it was so light I couldn't tell what it was. It all blended incredibly well. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still thinking of this salad................mmmmmmmmI
