the staff are very friendly and helpful. the whole setting made me feel just at home, its like paradise. its all you need in a holiday...sun, sea and sand.

This is truly a family resort. We took our 2 kids ages 6 and 10. The 6yr old loved it, but our 10yr old was bored. The slide was only open for a few hours each day. The staff was wondeful!! We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Emily and the staff really helped with the arrangments. One big drawback no AC in the rooms. If you are looking for a family resort, for the money dtay at FDR.

i stayed at F.D.R. and it was the best exsperience! i have been to many islands in the carribean and had a great time, but when i left jamaica,unlike the other islands, i felt this huge need to go back!
The service was great, our nanny couldn't have been better, and i loved the food options!
Anyone visiting F.D.R for the first time, i'm sure will love it as much as my family and i did!!
