Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. When we asked about upgrading to 2 queens (from doubles), front desk said, "we don't upgrade for pre-reservation". When asked about a rollaway bed, she said, "The double bed rooms don't have enough room for rollaway beds." We go no help. Kids had to sleep on the floor. If I didn't already pay online, I would have taken my family to another hotel!
