  • Very arrogant and unhelpful staff

    Looks like they do not care for customers because they have a higher occupancy rate. Never arrange a conference or a party here. The restaurant is OK - nothing great.

    It was really bad experience. Delhi sales office staff made me fool by giving commitments with higher rates. Also took commision on that in peak season for givig me room.All need to say rather than exploring my experience this group is not carrying any ethics

  • Bad Cofee Shop

    Bad service...untrained staff. 24 hr cofee shop is dull. the staff is sleepy, the service is horrible..and the 'latte' is bad! The look and feel is not upmarket at all
