The staff at the front desk argued with each other in front of us. We asked for a non-smoking room and had to fight to get one.
The room had no microwave oven and no fridge contrary to what was promised. The lock bolt was broken; we called they said they would the maintainance, no one ever showed up.

Staff to client relationship good. Front desk staff are always courteous and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. We did not experience any difficulties. Love the location because of the close proximity to our favourite shopping areas and sports activity.
