I had reviewed many places to stay in Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg, but The Quality Inn & Suites at Dollywood Lane had the best value and reviews. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Great location.
Would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I made the mistake of paying more for this motel because it included the use of next-door Comfort Suites' indoor pool & spa....which both turned out to be under-heated & in need of tile scrubbing (the pool was VERY cold). We have stayed here on two separate visits to the Smokys. The prices are very reasonable and the location is convenient. When we travel, we just want a clean, comfortable room, which is what we got. great value. had family suite package that included tickets to dollywood and dixie stampede. room was nice,very clean, indoor pool was great for the kids. hotel is located close to park where you can park for free and ride trolly to dollywood. we will stay here again next year!

The rooms were neat and clean and offered everything that they had promised. They were located in a good area in Pigeon Forge, not far from Gatlinburg and easy to find. It was also near Dollywood.
The only thing I didn't like was all of the noise up and down the walkways outside after dark.
