The food was not good at all in any of the restaurants. The staff was friendly, but nobody knows what they were doing. I would not stay in this place again. I stayed here for a week on a business trip There are better places that are much better managed in the area. Patrick Faiola

My friend and his pals who were from manila already paid and booked 3 rooms in this no good hotel. Unfortunately, their flight has been delayed that day. Finally, when they arrived 5hrs later, the hotel said that they have given the 3 rooms to other guest!!! What kind of service is that!!!

Staff at reception are nice and willing to help and to improve.

This hotel is overpriced by at least 50 percent.Only one restaurant out of 3 was fully functioned. Sushi bar 1st night 3 types of fish, 2nd night 5. Seafood and Grill restaurant had very limited seafood and only opens for dinner ...

I was their for 1 week,,had a great time,very nice hotel to go to..the staff was great..I'd go back again for a vist..In fact i'm looking now for a reservation.

I reserved and paid for a deluxe room two months before my summer trip. When I arrived in this "mansion-like" top of the hill Hotel, the front desk gave me a small room, with ants crossing the bathroom doorway. They said there was a Moslem business convention and all deluxe rooms were fully booked. It meant you're not priority. Mind ...

Likes - Strong Security. I am from the USA. Americans are advised not to go to Phils at all, and advised strongly about going to the Island of Mindinao, where Cagayan De Oro is located. Guards inspect Taxis far from actual hotel entrance. No non-hotel loiterers are allowed if not accompanied by a hotel occupant.
