The hall smelled of stale beer and the air from the heat smelled very bad.The coffee pot in the room was broke. The dinning room was dirty with dust. The toaster looked as if it had been on fire before so I did not dare use it. I was not at all happy to pay this much for a room and could have had just as good service from a different facility with reasonable rates. The staff never acted as if they even cared if you were happy.

The hotel needs better cleaning and honest staff. Upon check in associate at front desk changed reservation from king bed to queen bed without notifying the customer. Just got back to Pa. on June 16th.Stayed at Crown Plaza for three nights. Have stayed there before.What a comfortable immaculately clean room! Hated to leave.And even though service was a bit slow in dining room the food was so good and beautifully presented. Any time I am in Nashua I will always stay at the Crown Plaza! I really like thid hotel because of the people working there. Everybody was really nice and services were excellent. The best Crowne Plaza I have been too. The shuttle service was the best I ever had and so was the people in the room service. I was really sick, and they basicly cooked at my request. excellent people, make excellent hotel.

The Crowne Plaza is convenient to downtown. The restaurant and bar are very good; the meeting facilities in the hotel are great. The service has varied from visit to visit for me, but overall is good.

Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. They are introducing hi-speed wireless in rooms but have had problems; there is a hi-speed terminal in the lobby for your convenience.
