I'm sorry I bought this dump-share

I bought as an investment for family/friends. The swimming pool area is dirty-with no bathroom, which encourages children to pee in the water and jacuzzi-which is horrendous! You have to walk across an outdoor, freezing cold lawn area to get to the closest bathroom. YUCK! There is no one helpful in the place and it looks unkempt. Trust me-stay way, although I do hear that it us under new management...let's see what happens with that.

My husband and I stayed a little over a year ago on a long winter weekend, loved the room with the fireplace. It was very clean and had a nice feel to the room. Our room over looked the ocean and was quite pleasant. The hot tub was wonderful on a cold winter night to take the chill off the old bones. Over all we really liked the Edgewater and plan on returning this summer.

We stayed over the holidays with 2 other families and really enjoyed the quiet of the offseason there on Cape Cod. Guests are allowed to use the facilties at5 resorts so we had a choice of several indoor pools to swim/relax at. THis was a marvelous vacation. The location of the room was wonderful. We could see the ocean from our room and it was a minute walk to the ocean. This was near everything and was not that long a drive from Providence or Boston. Wouold definitely return.
