The service was superb! I don't believe there is anything their Hotel Staff would not do for you! They are kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and eager to please! Our room was spotless. We will be back. I love this hotel and their service!

The best vacation ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/06/09
The Four Seasons Wailea is a destination that caters to both couples and families. We visited the resort from July 31 through August 5 and it was truly a remarkable experience. The poolside cabanas and service were outstanding and housekeeping services were impeccable. My three kids enjoyed the kiddie pool and the close proximity to the beach ...

Let Down
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/11/08
We usually love the Four Seasons, but not this time. We arrived Dec. 4, 2007 & following the storm that hit Maul the power was out Dec. 5 & 6 at the hotel. Check-in was slow although we were upgraded from Garden View to Ocean View (far off in the distance from one side of the balcony.) We realize the hotel cannot control Mother Nature & ...

Not up to the hype
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/07/08
The rooms are modern with huge bathrooms. Hotel is clean. The pool was a dissapointment. No evian spritzers or frozen fruit for the five days we were there. Good luck finding a chair. Free cabanas? All you have to do is go down at 5am to get one. Food service was at best. Had a lousy dinner at Spago and ate elsewhere the other nights. View from the ...

Not so great
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/02/08
We were at the resort during the storms in early December. Management did nothing for the guests. Inadequate power, Elevators not working, pool not working. Even after the power was back on there was limited services for days after. Managers did not handle the situation well for a simple power outage. Weeks later I received a letter from the hotel ...

Awesome honeymoon destination!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/18/07
We just got back from our honeymoon in Oahu/Maui. We stayed in three different hotels (Hilton in Oahu, Hyatt and Four Seasons in Maui). Four Seasons by far is the best for everything from service to room quality. It's definitely a 5 star hotel. Service is way beyond our expectations. There is no need to get expensive room, because ...
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for our honeymoon in July, 2006. We were not disappointed. The resort and the grounds were amazing and the service was beyond exceptional. We especially enjoyed the beautiful Wailea beach that the resort is nestled on. We stayed on the club floor level and really appreciated the attentive service and ...

Heaven on earth!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/24/07
This was our first stay at a Four Seasons, and WOW! We have stayed at some Ritz hotels, but this was truly memorable. Being on the Conceirge level was an added bonus, with impeccable personal attention. This place must be seen to be believed, as words simply cannot describe the experience. Great location, views, ambience, food, spa, service. Yes, the canoe program is the best.
Four Seasons Wailea is our favorite resort in all of Maui, if not Hawaii. My family has stayed at Princeville Kauai, Grand Wailea and Westin Maui. But we will always come back to the Four Seasons. Service is impeccable and unpretentious. Get the cheapest rooms available (Mountain View), you will get to experience all the same amenities and ...
I booked this hotel after reading a lot of good reviews but I don't feel this place is WOW. Both my husband and I agree that the service is not that excellent. We still like Ritz better. The pool area was pretty small and crowded, but they offer you a free cabana to enjoy the sun. The free canoe program is really worthed and you should check ...
