The hotel is beautiful -- very relaxing and laid back, not to mention beautiful. The service is top notch -- from the pool assistants to concierge, all service at this resort is incredible.

I was looking very forward to staying here after lookinf at the pics online. The room was small and the service there was awful for a 4 seasons. The view was nothing and our room was almost the furthest room away from the entrance. The grounds are gorgeous, but i would never stay there agin as the service there is very lacking for the price and name.

When we arrived at the hotel the next-door neighbor had children, we did not want to be disturbed so we asked for a different room. The hotel immediately acted on our request and gave us a great, and very quiet, room. Service during the entire week was exceptional from all the staff members.
