I stayed at this hotel for business trip. ANything more than a biz trip would ask too much of this hotel. The Internet was toooo slow. the wireless internet was very instable and unreliable. i ended up using the biz center for my internet needs. I very much liked the location of the hotel in the heart of Ottawa. I didnt need to drive at all to go to a restaurant.

I liked it because it was right beside le centre rideau
and it was close to everything.But I didn't like when the fire alarm began to ring cause it was like 2 o'clock of the morning.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

The hotel was near anywhere one would want to go, but my family was and I, were not at all impressed by the hotel itself. It was cold, dirty, and uninviting. The service was terrible and we were thouroughly dissapointed. The rooms were small and cramped, and one can now understand why the prices were so good, though I would not consider them a bargain at all.

Wonderfull fall weekend

Staying at Les Suites, even with a physical disability, was a relaxing and exceptionally quiet weekend. The staff is superbly helpful, the Presse Cafe on the main floor is very clean and has great choices for a quick meal(the chocolate cake was delicious) and the hotel is located close to everything downtown. Spending two nights without noisy neighbours only added to our pleasant stay. Thanks so much and see you again next year.
