First of all I would like to say that this hotel is my favorite hotel in Hastings. Its clean, always smells nice, owners are always there and very helpful, rooms are much better then other hotels in town and the rate is very good. This used to be a Super 8, and I stayed at this hotel many times while it was a Super 8 but now the owners have changed this to a Regency Inn & Suites, which is even better then it was before.

Easy to find: All of the hotels in town are either too expensive or not so great. This hotel had very nice rooms, it was clean, smelled good, and the rate was so reasonable I decided to book another night.

The hotel looked nice from the outside and the front desk was fairly helpful.
The price for the rooms was a bargain. I paid 49$ for a 65$ room when i booked it on the hotel website.
Rooms were decent and the beds were comfortable.
Although the hotel hallways were kind of dark especially at night this hotel overall was a great stay and i would recommend staying at this hotel.

This used to be a Super 8, so if you've stayed at Super 8, you know the general layout, and lack of amenities (offset by low prices.)
