the room stunk like cat urine, the window would not latch and stay sealed, the bathtub was dirty as were the stains on the sheets and towels. the air conditioner was not useable due to crumbs and hair flying out when turned on let alone the stench of urine that came out. the chain on the door was broke and door had many pry marks on it.. we checked in on Saturday and checked out on Saturday with no refund from the hotel.....

Good location and pricing. I've stayed at worse. The negative reviews dont seem to be accurate.

My husband confirmed a reservation a week prior to arrival, but when he got there they had the room, but wanted to charge him $40.00 over the reservation. They told him that they had just purchased the place the day before and they were not honoring the confirmed reservation price.

It was OK. Overpriced plus the limited amounts of the breakfast if you went after 8:00 am was a little unsettledling. Also location was misleading and the surrounding places were definitely not there. I really liked the location of the motel.
The service was good and people at the front desk was really nice and helpful to us. Room was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really nice too.

the train I was supposed to be getting on woke me up with it's departing whistle never recieved my scheduled wake up call. It was 11 hours before I could get another train and they would not even give me the courtesy of a late check out!!!!!

unfreindly service, room stunk, smoke detector was unhooked in dresser drawer, bad neighborhood.we couldent even go in to lobby to check in had to stand in foyer to pay, didnt get recipt untill checkout

This hotel has a great location if you are looking to stay in Springfield downtown. It is also very quiet and clean. The rooms were also clean and comfortable. They have variety of breakfast in the morning. The staff was corteous and helpful. I would definitely go back there to stay if I'm ever in Springfield.
