Well this hotel was great, they have new management and a total renovation done. Wow the rooms were great. triple A was there inspecting and I over heard the inspector from triple A even say "this is an exceptional clean hotel", and the staff was so friendly. This is my hotel whenever i am in the chicago milwaukee area!

I liked the fact that the rooms had been remodeled, however the flat screen was not properly wired so the television fizzed, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was trash from the previous people. They overbooked and we ended up staying at one of the worst rooms i've ever stayed at. They were horrible. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.

they sent us to a room that was already occupied and then sent someone to our room when they checked in. found a open condom wrapper on the floor. Someone was shot in the area the second night we were there. If you are going to see family/friends graduate from navy boot camp stay somewhere else. The staff in lazy and un helpful. They should tear the place down.
