Since all Best Western's are independently owned they set their own policies that vary from one location to the next. The typical policy for most non resort locations (December in Connecticut) is cancellation by 6PM on day of arrival.

Luckily my 1st cousin is a lawyer.. This story is true. My wife and I no lie were kicked out of the hotel because we were believed to have been in a wedding party who got loud the night before. Not only did we have no idea what was going on, we had no association with the wedding party at all that night. We were profiled because we were young and dress a little hip.

Best Western HIlltop Inn - Poor Qaulity

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very upset with the quality of the hotel. The only rooms they had available were smoking rooms and the odor of the rooms was horrific. The smell literally burned your nose and they accommodated us by changing our room to another smoking room just as bad. In addition, we were unable to use the fan/heater ...
